Today, we’ll Stroll Istanbul’s historic Sultanahmet neighbourhood, with iconic buildings and storied streets.
After breakfast, you will meet your guide in the hotel lobby at 08:15 am and discover Istanbul's Byzantine and Ottoman treasures.
Blue Mosque is one of the most critical sites in the Muslim world. It has 20,000 Blu Iznik tiles and six minarets.
Topkapi Palace, where the Ottoman Sultans and their families lived and ruled the empire for 400 years.
Saint Sophia Cathedral is one of the holiest places of worship in the Christian world.
Lunch break in a local restaurant.
Hippodrome Square. We’ll have a lunch break at a local Turkish restaurant. Among the monuments in Hippodrome, you’ll see the German Fountain of Wilhelm ll, the Serpent Column from Delphi, Greece, and the Egyptian Obelisk from Luxor.
Grand Bazaar, one of the largest bazaars in the world, has 4000 shops and 60 streets, so you will find something to buy. You’ll be dropped off at your hotel at the end of the beautiful tour.

Overnight stay in Istanbul. ( Breakfast )
After breakfast, we will start our tour at 09:00 with a visit to the Spice Bazaar, also known as the Egyptian Bazaar in Eminönü Square, against the beautiful scenery of Byzantium City Walls. Spice Bazaar is like a smaller version of the Grand Bazaar. Still, it offers a generous variety of products like spices, deserts, dried nuts, and fruits in an atmosphere reminiscent of the Ottoman times. Afterwards, embark on a Bosphorus Cruise, which will take us along the Bosphorus Strait, which separates Europe and Asia and connects the Black Sea with the inland Marmara Sea. Some of the important landmarks you’ll see on this trip are the Dolmabahçe Palace, Çırağan Palace, Ortakoy Mosque, Kuleli Military School, Beylerbeyi Palace, Rumeli Fortress, beautiful historic wooden mansions as well as the Maiden Tower.
At the end of the cruise, we’ll have a lunch break and then transfer to Istanbul Airport for our flight to Kayseri Airport. We’ll have to transfer to our hotel in the Cappadocia region upon arrival.

The first stop of our tour today will be Mustafapasa Village, an old Greek town home to Orthodox Christians. You will see madrasahs, churches, Greek mansions, and other buildings dating back centuries. Later, we will visit the Keşlik Monastery. The frescoes inside the monastery will leave you fascinated. After examining these rare murals with our guide, we will continue with our next stop, Şahinefendi (Sobesos) excavation area.
In the Şahinefendi Sabesos excavation area, you will see tombs, a basilica, mosaic stones, and Roman baths.
Visit Göreme Village and panaroma hill.
We will have a lunch break in a local restaurant. Afterwards, we will visit Kaymaklı Underground City, which is believed to be the oldest underground city in Cappadocia. It is estimated that people have been living inside houses built on the rocks since the Paleolithic Period. However, we know they were mainly used to protect against Roman, Persian, and Arab attacks and as storehouses. You will be amazed to see how people lived in these underground cities with endless narrow tunnels and stairs.
Visit a shopping centre to buy gifts, local handmade dolls, Onix, leatherwear products, etc.

Hot Air Balloon Tours take place between 04.30 – 09.00 a.m. depending on the weather conditions.
After breakfast, our tour will start at 09:30 am with a visit to the Uçhisar Castle, which consists of volcanic rocks, and is the highest point of Cappadocia. Next, we will visit the Pigeon Valley and Göreme Open Air Museum which is home to fantastic monasteries and chapels like the Dark Church, Apple Church, Snake Church, and Saint Barbara Church. You will see the sceneries and figures from the Old and New Testaments on well-preserved frescos from the iconoclastic period.
Afterward, we will have lunch in Avanos town, located nearby River Kızılırmak. Here, we will see how world-famous pottery and ceramic are made. You can also join a pottery atelier and learn how to use the traditional kick wheels and buy souvenirs if you like. Next, we will see the Paşabağı Valley. Some of the mushroom-shaped rock formations here are several meters high. Fairy chimneys shaped by erosion for many years were used as houses by various religious groups, therefore it is also known as the Monks Valley. Next, we will visit Devrent Valley, also known as Valley of Dreams, which is famous for its rock formations resembling different animal figures.

After breakfast, you’ll be transferred to Kayseri Airport for your flight to Izmir. Our guide will meet you at the Izmir Airport and drive to Pergamon (95 km).
Pergamon was the capital of the Kingdom of Pergamon Kings circa 282-133 BC. Upon arrival, we’ll have a lunch break in a local restaurant and start our exploration of the area. We will visit the Pergamon Acropolis, the city's administrative centre, the Temple of Zeus, Dionysus, Athena, Demeter, and the famous Pergamon Library of 200,000 rolls. The Altar of Zeus, excavated during the Pergamon (Bergama) excavations, is now on display at the Pergamon Museum in Berlin. The Great Theatre of Pergamon here is the world's steepest theatre, and it could entertain up to 10,000 spectators in ancient times. We will also visit the Red Basilica (St. John’s Church), which is one of the sites of the Seven Churches of Revelation.

Ephesus – The House of Virgin Mary, Kuşadası
After breakfast, we will head for Ephesus (80 km) and visit the House of the Virgin Mary, proclaimed by Pope Paul VI in 1967 and declared a pilgrimage for Christians by Pope John Paul II. According to the legend, the Virgin Mary was brought here by St. John to spend her last years upon the request of Jesus Christ. The Church of Ephesus was the most important of the Seven Churches of Asia Minor. The Gospel of John is thought to have been written here.
Ephesus ancient city is also one of the best-preserved Greco-Roman ancient cities of the Ionian Region, with a population of 250,000. Some of the structures we will see here are as follows:
Ephesus Theater: It is the second-largest (the first is the Colosseum in Italy) and one of the best acoustic theatres in the world, with a capacity of 25,000 people. Saint Paul and several priests preached here after the Roman Empire approved Christianity.
Celsus Library: The third-largest library of ancient times, dedicated to the famous Roman consul Celsus. With its magnificent architecture, reliefs, and sculptures, it still captures the atmosphere it had 2500 years ago.
*Other structures include the Domitian Temple, Odeon, Medical School, Scholastica Bath (second biggest Roman Bath in Turkey), Love House, Various Monumental Fountains (dedicated to great emperors), Latrines (public toilet), Commercial Agora, Curetes Street, Arcadian Street (Ephesus harbour), and the Terrace Houses (extra charge).
We have a lunch break at a local restaurant in Selcuk.
Visit the Artemis Temple, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World.
Depending on your preference, we may stop at the carpet weaving centre, leather outlets, or ceramic craft shops at the end of the tour.

After breakfast, we’ll depart for Pamukkale and Hierapolis, the most magnificent city of Ionia (220 km).
We’ll continue to Pamukkale, which means cotton castle due to its famous white travertines. In Hierapolis, we’ll see the Martyrium of Apostle Philip, where he was martyred during the persecutions ordered by Domitian, and ancient city ruins, including the Gate of Domitian, the Arcadian Way, Grand Theatre, the Nymphaion, the Temple of Apollo, the Plutonium, and the Necropolis. Afterwards, we’ll enjoy walking on the white travertines.
We will have a lunch break in a local restaurant and free time in thermal pools or the Ancient Cleopatra Pool (extra cost). Afterwards, we will depart towards Kuşadası.
