Necessary information before arrival

The outfit is special for New Year's Eve
On New Year's Eve, guests cannot be given a private boat table.
(requests such as window seat proximity to the stage are met where possible)
The table arrangement is long side by side depending on the boat structure. Shared Seating - Tables are for 6 or 8 people.
The event caters to special dietary requirements, including vegetarian, pescatarian, and halal.
If the vehicle for hotel pick-up cannot reach your location due to the narrowness of the streets, the pick-up will occur nearby.
There is heavy traffic on New Year's Eve, so there may be a delay of 15 - 20 minutes; you can call us if there are further delays.
Please be ready in the lobby at the given time.
Our boats have the capacity to host 250 - 400 people for such events.

 Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations made 21 days before the tour, 100% refund. (Except for the Bank Commission)
- For cancellations made 20 - 11 days before the tour, 50% refund. (Except for the Bank Commission)
- No refunds will be made on reservations made ten days before the tour.

Stage Tables: Front tables next to the stage are extra chargeable, 25 EURO per person if requested.
