Arrive at Istanbul airport and transfer to the hotel. This 5-day trip from Istanbul to Ephesus and Pamukkale promises a beautiful blend of ancient history, stunning landscapes, and cultural exploration. After checking in your hotel, discover Istanbul yourself.
Overnight stay in Istanbul.
We will start our tour after breakfast. Our guide will meet you in the hotel lobby.
First, we will visit the Hagia Sophia (Saint Sophia), built by Emperor Justinian in the 6th century AD as a church and later converted into a mosque. You will see beautiful mosaics and frescoes depicting Christian icons and Byzantine Emperors. Next, we will visit the Topkapı Palace, a giant walled complex home to many Ottoman sultans (15th-19th century AD).
After that, we will visit the legendary Blue Mosque, also known as the Sultanahmet Mosque, which features six beautiful minarets. The mosque was built in the 17th century by the architect Sedefkar Mehmet Efendi. It got its name from over 20,000 blue Iznik tiles used for interior decoration.
We have a lunch break. Stroll in the historical Hippodrome Square, used as a meeting place for chariot races during Byzantine. Here, you will see the Serpent Column from Delphi, the Egyptian Obelisk, and the German Fountain of Wilhelm II.
Finally, we will visit the Grand Bazaar, which has over 4,000 shops full of hidden treasures and authentic items. Please note that;
The Grand Bazaar is closed on Sundays,
Topkapı Palace is closed on Tuesdays.
At the end of the tour, transfer to Istanbul Airport for your domestic flight to Izmir and then to Kuşadası.

Breakfast at the hotel. We’ll continue on our way to Pamukkale (220 Km), which means cotton castle due to its famous white travertines. In Hierapolis, an ancient city, we’ll see the Martyrium of Apostle Philip, where he was martyred during the persecutions ordered by Domitian, ancient city ruins, North Gate, the Necropolis, Bath and Basilica, Frontinius Gate, Frontinius Street, the Gate of Domitian, the Arcadian Way, visit the well-preserved Ancient Theater.
We will have lunch in a local restaurant.
Afterwards, you can walk on the white travertines in your free time or swim in the ancient Cleopatra thermal pool (the entrance is extra). Then, we continue our way towards Kusadası.
Dinner and overnight stay in Kusadasi. ( Breakfast – Lunch - Dinner )
After breakfast, departure to Ephesus ( 0 Km ). Ephesus is on the WORLD HERITAGE List. The ancient capital of Asia Minor is one of the best preserved from antiquity, and it is where the Temple of Hadrian, the Temple of Trajan, the Grand Theater, and the Library of Celsus are located.
Visit the Temple of Artemis, one of the 7 wonders of the world, which was destroyed by earthquakes and remained underground, consisting of the remains of a few columns.
Lunch break in a local Restaurant.
Visit the House of the Virgin Mary and pray. In the last years of her life, the Virgin Mary, who came to Ephesus with St. Paul, lived in this stone house. It is a holy place for Christians and Muslims. Hundreds of thousands of Christians pilgrimage to the Mother House of the Virgin Mary every year.
Take a shopping break for Suveneer for your friend or family. Visit a leather fabric outlet centre with a Fashion show. Depends on your flight time.
Transfer to Izmir Airport. Flight to Istanbul and transfer to your hotel.
