The 5-day Istanbul and Cappadocia combo tour starts when you arrive at the Istanbul Airport. You will be transferred to the hotel. After check-in, you will have free time to discover Istanbul on your own.

After breakfast, you will meet your tour guide and start discovering the Byzantine and Ottoman treasures of Istanbul with the group. First, we will visit Hagia Sophia (St. Sophia), the magnificent Church of the Holy Wisdom, built in 537 AD as an Eastern Orthodox cathedral. Non-Muslims visit only the Upper Gallery.
Topkapi Palace is the magnificent residence of the Ottoman sultans for 400 years. This vast complex houses an extensive collection of artefacts, including ornate courtyards, lush gardens, the famous Harem, imperial treasures, and Islamic holy relics.
Lunch break in a local restaurant.
Stroll the historical Hippodrome Square, which was used as a meeting and events place for chariot races during the Byzantine period. Here, we will see the Serpent Column from Delphi and the Egyptian Obelisk. Next, visit the Blue Mosque, also known as the Sultanahmet Mosque, with its blue Iznik tiles and unique six minarets. Continue with the Grand Bazaar, the world's biggest historical bazaar. It has more than 4,000 shops and 60 streets.

After breakfast, check out of the Hotel at 08:30 and head for the Spice Bazaar,
The Egyptian Bazaar is Istanbul's second-largest covered market. This historical market offers a mystical, oriental atmosphere, filled with the scents of spices, freshly roasted nuts, and coffee. In this ancient market, you can purchase a variety of spices, Turkish sweets, and small souvenirs showcasing goods from the Silk Road.
Rustem Pasha Mosque is one of the best examples of Ottoman Architecture. We'll then embark on the boat at Golden Horn Pier. Then, visit Dolmabahçe Palace.
The Bosphorus Cruise is the best way to explore Istanbul. From the boat, you will enjoy stunning views of Istanbul's iconic landmarks, including the Maiden's Tower, Dolmabahçe Palace, Çırağan Palace, the Bosphorus Bridge, Rumeli Fortress, and impressive wooden mansions along the shores of the Bosphorus.
Lunch break in a local restaurant. Afterwards, transfer to Istanbul Airport. Fly to Kayseri or Nevşehir Airport, and transfer to Cappadocia. Overnight stay in Cappadocia. ( Breakfast )

Uçhisar Castle is situated on the highest hill of Cappadocia and is shaped by flowing volcanic lava. From the Uçhisar viewpoint, you can see the outstanding natural beauty of Pigeon Valley and the pigeons' nests carved into the rocks.
Göreme Open Air Museum is a UNESCO WORLD heritage site. It’s home to fantastic monasteries and chapels, including the Dark Church (Extra), Apple Church, Snake Church, and Saint Barbara Church. You will see the scenery and figures from the Old and New Testament on well-preserved frescoes from the iconoclastic period.
Avanos. We will have lunch at a local restaurant in Avanos. Afterwards, we will visit the pottery workshop and observe the production process for famous ceramics and pottery.
Pasabağı Valley. ( Monks Valley ) Some of the mushroom-shaped rock formations here are several meters high. For many years, fairy chimneys shaped by erosion were used as houses by various religious groups, also known as the Monks Valley.
Devrent Valley, also known as the Valley of Dreams, is renowned for its rock formations that resemble animal figures.

Today, we'll explore some of the most spectacular sights in southern Cappadocia, including the Kaymaklı Underground City, Ihlara Valley, Belisirma Village, and Selime Monastery. The tour starts at 9:00 a.m. sharp after breakfast.
Kaymakli Underground City (Sinasos) is one of Cappadocia’s most fascinating subterranean cities. Explore its tunnels, living quarters, storage rooms, and ventilation systems, which early Christians used for shelter. These underground cities in Cappadocia were used as defences against attacks from the Romans, Persians, and Arabs, as storehouses and for living.
Mustafa Paşa Village, formerly known as Sinasos. Carrying the Greek heritage of Cappadocia, this village retains its elegance to this day, with mansions, churches, and narrow streets adorned with intricate stonework. The Konstantin-Eleni Church, along with its secret passages and old houses decorated with elaborate stonework, bears witness to the village's multicultural past.
A coffee break at the small cafes in the village square offers you the opportunity to both rest and communicate with the locals.
At the end of the tour, when you leave the magical geography of Cappadocia, what remains behind are not only photographs but also ancient stories engraved in the stones and memories adorned with the whispers of nature.
