The Istanbul and Cappadocia 5-day combo tour starts when you arrive at the Istanbul Airport. Transfer to the hotel. After check-in, you will have free time to discover Istanbul by yourself.
Overnight stay in Istanbul.
After breakfast, you will meet your tour guide and start discovering the Byzantine and Ottoman treasures of Istanbul with the group. First, we will visit St. Sofia (Hagia Sophia), built by the emperor Justinian in the 6th century AD as a church and later converted into a mosque after the fall of Constantinople in 1453. We will stroll the historical Hippodrome Square, which was used as a meeting place for chariot races during the Byzantine period. Here, we will see the Serpent Column from Delphi and the Egyptian Obelisk. Next, we will visit the Blue Mosque, also known as the Sultanahmet Mosque, with its blue Iznik tiles and unique six minarets.
Lunch break in a local restaurant.
Visit the Topkapı Palace, the residence of the Ottoman sultans, to see its fabulous treasure chambers. We’ll continue with the Grand Bazaar, the world's most prominent “souk. " It has more than 4,000 shops and 60 streets.

After breakfast, check out from the Hotel at 08:30 and head for the Spice Bazaar, also known as the Egyptian Bazaar, which is a very colourful market with an oriental atmosphere that specialises in typical products such as spices, desserts, nuts, and small souvenirs.
Bosphorus boat tour: Next, we’ll drive to Golden Horn for a cruise along the Bosporus Strait, which separates Europe and Asia and connects the Black Sea with the inland Marmara Sea. From the boat, we will see the Rumeli Forest, Maiden Tower, Topkapi Palace, CirtaganPalace, Bosphorus Bridge, and beautiful Wooden Mansions.
At the end of the cruise, transfer to the Istanbul Airport Flight to Cappadocia. And Transfer to the Cappadocia Hotel.
Overnight stay in Cappadocia. ( Breakfast )
Cappadocia is one of the most extraordinary places in the world with its fantastic fairy chimneys. It is also famous for its arts and crafts, such as ceramics and hand-woven carpets.
Visit the Uçhisar Castle, which consists of volcanic rocks and is the highest point of Cappadocia. We will see fairy chimneys, valleys, and a fantastic regional view from here. Next, we will visit the Pigeon Valley.
The sightseeing tour of Göreme Village features fascinating cave houses and an authentic atmosphere. Visit Pasabagi Valley (Monks Valley) and Devrent Valley, famous for their rock formations resembling different animal figures. Most formations, such as giant camels, seals, and dolphins, have distinctive shapes.
We have a lunch break in Avanos. Then, visit a pottery workshop atelier to see how potteries are made by hand.
Then, we’ll visit the Goreme Open Air Museum.
Goreme Open Air Museum is home to fantastic monasteries and chapels like the Dark Church ( Extra), Apple Church, Snake Church, and Saint Barbara Church. You will see the sceneries and figures from the Old and New Testament on well-preserved frescos from the iconoclastic period.
Overnight stay in Cappadocia. (Breakfast – Lunch )
Private Transfer to Kayseri or Nevsehir Airport. Take a flight to Istanbul from Kayseri or Nevsehir Airport for the Istanbul connecting flight back to your country. ( Breakfast )
