Necessary information before arrival
The outfit is special for New Year's Eve
On New Year's Eve, guests cannot be given a private boat table.
(Requests such as window seat proximity to the stage are met where possible)
The table arrangement is arranged in an extended, side-by-side configuration, depending on the boat's structure. Shared Seating - Tables are for 6 or 8 people.
The event accommodates special dietary requirements, including vegetarian, pescatarian, and halal options.
If the vehicle for hotel pick-up cannot reach your location due to the narrowness of the streets, the pick-up will occur at a nearby location.
There is heavy traffic on New Year's Eve, so please expect a 15-20 minute delay. If you experience further delays, please call us.
Please be ready in the lobby at the given time.
Our boats have the capacity to host 250 - 400 people for such events.

 Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations made 21 days before the tour, a 90% refund. (Except for the Bank Commission)
- For cancellations made 20 - 11 days before the tour, a 50% refund. (Except for the Bank Commission)
- No refunds will be made on reservations made ten days before the tour.

Stage Tables: Front tables next to the stage are extra chargeable, 30 EURO per person on request
