Antalya, Cappadocia Tour 4 Days

4 Days Cappadocia tour from Antalya, early departure from Antalya for Cappadocia (approx. 550 km - 7 hrs). We will pass through the Taurus Mountains enjoying the incredible views of the Anatolian steppe.  Firstly visit Mevlana Museum in Konya, afterward wee should visit Sultanhani Caravanserai in Aksaray, just like the ancient merchants. The Anatolian Seljuk Sultan Alaeddin Keykubad built Ağzıkara Han Caravanserai in 1231 - 1239 on the Silk Road for the accommodation and safety of caravans. 
We arrive at Cappadocia at the end of a beautiful journey and check in at our hotel.

Cappadocia, known for its geological formations resembling fairy chimneys and its surreal topography, is one of the most fantastic tourism centers today. We will start our tour of the region right after breakfast. First, we will see the Uçhisar Castle and the town built on the highest hill of Cappadocia. We take panoramic photos at Pigeon Valley.  
Later, we will visit the Göreme Open Air Museum, which is home to a large monastery carved into the rocks and dozens of churches and chapels like the Dark Church, Apple Church, Serpentine Church, and Saint Barbara Church. Each church features living spaces and some have beautiful frescoes on their walls.  
We will have lunch at a local restaurant. Next, we will go to a pottery shop to observe how beautiful ceramics are made in a style typical of the region. We will also visit a carpet workshop to learn about traditional Turkish art and its origins from the silk route. 
Afterward, we will see the Paşabağı Valley, located on a vineyard on Zelve road. Some of the mushroom-shaped rock formations here are several meters high. Fairy chimneys shaped by erosion many years were used as houses by various religious groups and monks. Therefore it is also known as the Monks Valley. 
Afterward, we will visit Devrent Valley, which offers a reddish moon view and looks like a movie set, which is famous for its rock formations resembling different animal figures. Most formations have distinctive shapes such as large camels, seals, and dolphins. Even a boulder resembles the Virgin Mary holding the baby Jesus. Let your imagination roam free and try to liken the formations to other creatures yourself.

We will meet at 09:30 with the group returning from the balloon tour and start our panoramic tour in Göreme village, an authentic town with houses built in fairy chimneys.
Afterward, we will visit Kaymaklı Underground City, built and carved by Christians the underground for protection from Muslim Arab raids, where they could continue their daily lives underground. Afterward, we will visit the Mustafa Pasha village, formerly known as Sinasos, where Orthodox Greeks and Turks lived together until 1924. Here, we will observe the local life and the authentic stone houses built by Sinasos architects. The Agios Konstantinos Eleni Church, Mehmet Şakir Pasha Madrasah, old Greek homes, Maraşoğlu Bridge, and historical stone mansions are among the other structures we will see here.
Next, we will visit Sobesos ancient city and, we’ll have a lunch break. 
Finally, we will visit the Pigeon Valley and end our tour with free shopping time at the Cappadocian onyx souvenir workshop.
Dinner and overnight stay in Cappadocia. (Breakfast - Dinner )

We will depart for Konya after breakfast (approx. 250 km – 4 hrs). Upon arrival, we will visit the Mevlana Museum, which houses the tomb of the great 13th-century Persian poet and founder of the Order of the Whirling Dervishes, Jalal ad-Din Muhammad Balkhi. Popularly known as Rumi in Western countries, Muslims call him “Mevlana”, meaning “our master” or Mevlana Celâleddîn-i Rumi. 
We will have lunch at a local restaurant and sample the meat pide particular to the region. 
We will continue on our way to Antalya, passing through the Taurus Mountains and enjoying the incredible views of the Anatolian steppe.

Cancellation Policy  
- For cancellations made 35 days before the tour, 100% refund. (Except per person 125 € for register, bank commission.
- For cancellations made 34 - 20 days before the tour, 50% refund. (Except for the Bank Commission)
- For cancellations made 19 - 15 days before the tour, 20 % refund.
- No refunds will be made on reservations made 14 days before the tour. %100 Penalty is applied.

Remarks
- Travel health insurance is mandatory.

- In the event of bad weather, time scarcity, traffic jams, and similar situations, the Guide may make changes to the tour program. 
- The locations given in the itinerary can be changed with other places if they are closed.  
- During the tours, you will be walking approximately 2 km every day on uneven and
   cobblestone surfaces, inclines, and steps. 
- You are required to wear comfortable clothing, flat walking shoes, a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen. in summer months and a raincoat, warm clothes, winter walking shoes, umbrella, etc. in winter.  
- The order of the sites visited may change to avoid crowds.  
- You will need to have your passport at check-in for all domestic flights.

Regular Group Tours are English-guided package tours with mixed nationalities of a minimum of 20 people and a maximum of 40 people on the specified dates. Regular Group tour prices are fixed.
