Upon arrival at Ankara Airport, you will be transferred to your hotel. Depending on your arrival time, we will organise a half-day city tour of Ankara. Visit Anıtkabir, the final resting place of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, the leader of the Turkish War of Independence and the founder of the Republic of Turkey. Afterwards, visit Ankara Castle and the Anatolian Civilizations Museum, where archaeological artifacts from the civilisations that lived in Anatolia are exhibited chronologically.

Depart from Ankara to Alacahöyük at 08:00 AM (approx. 200 km - 3 hrs.)
We explore Hattusa (Boğazköy), the ancient Hittite capital with ruins from various civilisations, including statues and jewellery. Visit Yazılıkaya, a sacred site with rock carvings of deities. Tour the Great Temple, Lions Gate, King’s Gate, and the Hattusa City Walls.
Take a lunch break in a local restaurant. Then, visit the Bogazköy Museum.
Alacahöyük, discover the ruins of the first dam in Anatolia and 14 settlement layers. Key finds include 13 royal tombs from the Bronze Age and exquisite jewellery made of precious materials.
We set out from Amasya via Çorum and have a pleasant journey to see the villages and towns in the Anatolian steppe.
Amasya, where princes resided during the Ottoman period, was the center of various civilisations, starting from the Hittites. In the Roman period, a water canal was carved into the rocks to meet the city's water needs.
We will visit the Amasya Museum, which exhibits more than 20,000 artifacts. We will also see the Sultan Bayezid II Complex, which includes historical mansions with bay windows and Pontus Kings rock tombs dating back to 336 BC.

After breakfast, we arrive in Samsun after a pleasant two-hour journey. Samsun is a modern and beautiful Black Sea city. We visit the Amazon park dedicated to the mythological Amazon women, the Bandırma Ferry, where Atatürk came to Samsun, and the city tour. We have lunch with local Black Sea pita and menemen at a local restaurant.
Then, we visit the natural masterpiece Yason Burnu peninsula (Jason Cape), the lighthouse and Jason Church in the cute Perşembe district.
Ordu is a Black Sea city famous for its natural beauty and hazelnuts. Enjoy a coffee in Boztepe while you watch the panorama of Ordu's city view. Continue to Giresun.
We will stroll through Giresun, known for its Castle, built during the reign of Pontus Ruler Pharnakes, and Giresun Island, which is known for its oily, quality hazelnuts. We will have dinner at a restaurant serving local delicacies.

After breakfast, we will set off for Trabzon from Giresun. At an altitude of 1,795 metres, we will cross the Zigana tunnel and arrive in Hamsiköy, renowned for its delectable rice pudding. After some free time here, we will take a lunch break by the river in Maçka.
Subsequently, we will visit the Sumela Monastery (Panagia Soumela Monastery), a Greek Orthodox monastery and church complex carved into the mountainside at 1,150 metres above sea level in Altındere Valley, dating back to 360-395 AD. We must traverse a steep and challenging path to reach the monastery.
Arrival and overnight in Trabzon. (Breakfast - Dinner)
After breakfast, we will start our tour by visiting Hagia Sophia Church in Trabzon. This church, built between 1238 and 1265 during the Komnenos Kingdom, is known for its frescoes depicting scenes from the Bible and Torah. Next, we will visit the Atatürk Pavilion.
At Trabzon, you can shop at precious handmade jewelry shops and learn about Kazaziye and Silver Filigree artworks, which are unique to Trabzon. Next, we will go to Uzungöl, via the towns of Çaykara and Of, to enjoy its world-famous scenery. We will have lunch at a local restaurant here and have free time.
Afterward, we will visit a Rize fabric (Feretiko) workshop, which is one of the most important traditional handicrafts of Rize. We will head to visit the tea gardens of Çayeli and Çeçeva villages. Next, we will arrive at Fırtına Valley, where adrenaline enthusiasts can join the Zipline or join a rafting safari.
We will have lunch consisting of delicious trout dishes, and continue our tour with Çinçiva Village, Zilkale, and Çat Valley respectively.
Arrive at Ayder Yaylası (Ayder Plateau) and then enjoy a relaxing walk on this lovely plateau. Sip a cup of tea while chatting with the local people in the open air, while taking in the magnificent views of Ayder.
Overnight in Ayder Valley or Rize. (Breakfast - Dinner)
Today we are going on a long but enjoyable journey of 540 km. Enjoy a journey through a mesmerising landscape with the Blue Black Sea on one side and steep mountains covered with lush forests on the other. Get to know the local people by stopping in villages and towns and taking a break in the cafes where the locals sit. Visit Karaca Cave in Cebeli Village of Gümüşhane province.
Karaca Cave is 1550 meters above sea level and enjoys watching fantastic natural formations such as extraordinary dripstone shapes, stalactites, stalagmites, columns, cave flowers, cave pearls and travertine steps formed over 15 million years.
Lunch stop at a local restaurant on the way.
Sivas Province is rich in Seljuk works, history, and culture. It is located in the Central Anatolia region of Türkiye.

Gök Madrasa(Blue Madrasa) was built between 1271 and 1272 and, with its complex entrance gate, exhibits the artistic mastery of the period.
Buruciye Madrasa, built in 1271, was a center for scientific studies during the Seljuk and Ottoman periods.
Çifte Minareli Madrasa ( Twin Minaret Madrasa) is fascinating with its high twin minarets and ornate facade symbolising the architectural magnificence of the period in the 13th century.
Sivas Congress and Ethnography Museum hosted the Sivas Congress, an essential event in the Turkish national movement, in 1919 under the leadership of ATATÜRK.

After breakfast, we drive towards Ankara via Yozgat. First visit the Sarikaya Roman bath.
We will visit the ancient Roman thermal bath in the Sarıkaya district of Yozgat. It is known as "Basilica Therma (Aqua Sarvenae)” and is listed on the UNESCO World Heritage Tentative List.
We have lunch at a local restaurant in Yozgat, a small city of 110,000 inhabitants in Central Anatolia.
You will arrive in Ankara after a pleasant journey on the Silk Road, which takes you through the Anatolian steppes, quaint villages, and towns.
