After breakfast, meet your guide and begin with Uçhisar, where viewpoints overlook Pigeon Valley and the surrounding volcanic landscape.
Continue to the Göreme Open-Air Museum, part of the UNESCO World Heritage property of Göreme National Park and the Rock Sites of Cappadocia. Explore its rock-cut churches, chapels and monastic spaces, many decorated with remarkable Byzantine frescoes.
After lunch in Avanos, visit a traditional pottery workshop. The town has a long pottery tradition tied to the red clay of the Kızılırmak River, and you can watch local craftsmen work at the potter's wheel.
In the afternoon, explore Paşabağ (Monks Valley), known for some of Cappadocia's most distinctive fairy chimneys, followed by Devrent Valley, where naturally eroded rock formations resemble animals and other familiar shapes.

After breakfast, travel to Kaymaklı Underground City, one of Cappadocia's remarkable subterranean settlements. Stop for lunch in Belisırma Village before continuing to Selime Monastery, an impressive rock-cut religious complex overlooking the valley. Explore its church, living spaces and chambers carved directly into the volcanic rock.
