Payment Schedule
- % 50 - First Payment – Upon Booking Confirmation 
- % 50 - The remaining balance 65 days before arrival.

- The first payment secures your place on the tour and allows Alsero Tours to begin confirming hotels, domestic flights, and other travel arrangements.
- Any mobility limitations, dietary preferences, or other significant travel requirements
- If someone else will be making the payment on your behalf, please provide that person’s first name, last name, and email address.
- Please send your bank receipt so we can verify the payment.

Domestic Flight Information
- To ensure comfort and minimise travel time, we prioritise direct flights whenever possible.
- Direct domestic flights help you avoid long layovers at Istanbul Airport.
- A limited number of direct flights are available on specific days between Cappadocia and Ephesus, and between Cappadocia and Antalya.
- Direct flights may not be available daily in some regions during the season.
- Guests may need to adjust their travel dates by 1–2 days to align with airline schedules.
- If direct flights are not available, connecting flights via Istanbul will be required.
- Tour itineraries are subject to change based on final flight schedules

• Avanos Pottery Workshop – Traditional Anatolian pottery-making.

• Kaymaklı Underground City – Ancient tunnels, chambers, and underground shelters.

• Ihlara Valley & Selime Monastery – Riverside scenery, rock-cut churches, and monastic heritage.

• Pamukkale & Hierapolis (UNESCO) – Roman ruins, ancient thermal springs, and white travertine terraces.

• Ephesus Ancient City (UNESCO) – Library of Celsus, Great Theatre, and Roman streets.

• Christian Heritage – House of the Virgin Mary, Temple of Artemis, and St. Philip's association with Hierapolis.

• Travel by Plane – Domestic flights between major regions, with an optional Cappadocia hot air balloon experience.
  

For cancellations made 61 days before the tour, a 100% refund. (Except per person: € 200 for registration, bank commission, and domestic flight ticket)

For cancellations made 60 - 45 days before the tour, 50% refund. (Except per person: for the Bank Commission and domestic flight ticket)

For cancellations made 44 - 21 days before the tour, 20 % refund.

For cancellations made 20 days before the tour: Non-refundable

• Hotels: The hotels listed in the itinerary are examples and will be confirmed at the time of booking, subject to availability. If a listed hotel is unavailable, we will arrange a similar hotel of the same category and standard.
• Travel Insurance: Comprehensive travel and medical insurance is compulsory for all participants. Your policy should cover personal accident and liability, medical expenses, emergency evacuation and repatriation, travel delays, trip interruption, and baggage loss. Cancellation coverage is strongly recommended.
• Itinerary Changes: The tour guide may adjust the order of sightseeing due to weather, traffic, site opening hours, religious services, crowd conditions, or other operational circumstances. We will make these changes to maintain the best possible flow of the tour without affecting the overall content whenever possible.
• Site Closures: If a scheduled archaeological site, museum, or other attraction is closed or inaccessible, a suitable alternative will be arranged whenever possible.
• Unused Services: No refunds will be provided for hotel accommodation, meals, entrance fees, transfers, or other included services that guests choose not to use during the tour.
• Walking & Accessibility: Participants should be comfortable walking approximately 2–3 km per day on archaeological sites, uneven ground, cobblestone streets, slopes, and stairs. Mount Nemrut involves a more demanding uphill walk, and some areas of Cappadocia's underground cities include narrow passages and steps. Guests with mobility concerns should contact us before booking.
• Weather & Clothing: October weather can vary considerably between regions. We recommend comfortable walking shoes and layered clothing. A warm jacket is particularly useful for Mount Nemrut and Cappadocia, where mornings and evenings can be cool. A hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen are also recommended for daytime sightseeing.
• Religious Sites: Modest dress is required when visiting active mosques and other religious sites. Cover your shoulders and knees, and women may be required to cover their hair when entering certain mosques.
• Domestic Flights & Baggage: Please carry your passport for all domestic flights. Domestic flights are booked in economy class, and baggage allowances are subject to the operating airline's rules. Flight schedules may change and will be reconfirmed closer to departure.
• Operational Changes by Alsero Tours: If Alsero Tours makes a change to the confirmed itinerary or accommodation for operational reasons, any additional costs directly resulting from that change will be covered by Alsero Tours.
• Force Majeure: Alsero Tours is not responsible for additional expenses resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, civil unrest, war, road closures, airline delays or cancellations, or other force majeure events. Travellers should ensure that their insurance provides appropriate coverage for these circumstances.

Comprehensive travel and medical insurance is mandatory for all participants.

Participants who are unable to provide valid travel insurance upon arrival in Türkiye will not be permitted to join the tour. In such cases, all costs and consequences are the traveller's responsibility, and no refund will be provided.

Your insurance policy should include, at a minimum:

• Personal accident and personal liability
• Medical expenses and emergency treatment
• Medical evacuation and repatriation to your home country
• Trip delay, interruption, or abandonment
• Trip cancellation
• Flight cancellation or significant travel disruption
• Lost, stolen, or delayed baggage
  
  

Additional Expenses in Case of Force Majeure

The tour price does not include any additional expenses arising from circumstances beyond the control of Alsero Tours or the traveller. These may include, but are not limited to:

• Passenger illness or injury
• COVID-19 or other public health restrictions
• Severe weather conditions
• Earthquakes, floods, wildfires, or other natural disasters
• Terrorism, civil unrest, or war
• Road closures or transportation disruptions
• Flight delays or cancellations

Any additional accommodation, meals, transportation, medical expenses, airline tickets, or other costs resulting from these circumstances are the sole responsibility of the traveller. We strongly recommend that your travel insurance provides adequate coverage for these situations.
